Responsibilities
- Manage 12-15 person night shift team with performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Oversee inventory control systems, cycle counts, and WMS operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during peak hours
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transport teams
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency using automation tools
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills under high-pressure scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management
- Experience leading teams of 10+ in 24/7 environments
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent
