Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse associates and daily operations
- Implement inventory management protocols and cycle counting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and compliance procedures
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct performance evaluations and skill development coaching
- Resolve operational issues and maintain 99.8% accuracy targets
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift teams
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience leading teams of 10+ associates
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
