Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 overnight warehouse associates with performance metrics
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and inventory accuracy standards
- Resolve operational issues during peak shift hours
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reports
- Collaborate with day shift for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA 1910.178)
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
- High school diploma or equivalent required
