Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse associates, including scheduling and performance management
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and material handling equipment
- Conduct daily operational audits and process improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional communication with day shift and distribution teams
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor inquiries with professionalism
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
