Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Coordinate team activities to meet daily production targets and safety standards
- Train and mentor new night shift associates on equipment and protocols
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve operational discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory and shift reports
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience required
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
