Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nightly warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize operational efficiency through process improvements and workflow analysis
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition and inventory reconciliation
- Address operational challenges proactively and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience, preferably in overnight operations
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development capabilities
- OSHA certification and deep knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory tracking software
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
