Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 overnight warehouse associates, ensuring task completion and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes during night shifts
- Implement OSHA standards and conduct daily safety inspections
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth operational handovers
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse protocols
- Generate daily performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift focus
- OSHA certification and strong safety leadership skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
