Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ staff during overnight operations
- Optimize inventory management systems
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading of international shipments
- Train and mentor warehouse personnel
- Generate operational performance reports
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Valid forklift certification (RTITB)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred
- Experience with international shipping regulations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
