Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory control, loading/unloading operations, and order fulfillment accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational continuity and issue resolution
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Conduct daily equipment checks and maintenance coordination
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
