- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring 99.8% order accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety standards and conduct weekly safety audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow using WMS systems
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Generate nightly performance reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., Manhattan Active WMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving logistical bottlenecks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
