Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control, order picking, and shipping/receiving operations during night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) with strict safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and meet KPIs
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate documentation using warehouse management systems
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
