Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management protocols using WMS systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows during peak operational hours
- Conduct quality control audits and documentation updates
- Implement safety protocols during high-volume loading/unloading
- Train night shift associates on new equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/3PL experience with night shift preference
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure conditions
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's preferred
