Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight operations
- Operate industrial equipment including forklifts and automated sorting systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain continuity
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
- Monitor and report equipment performance issues to maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills for shift handovers and team coordination
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as operational needs require
- High school diploma or equivalent required
