Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and cycle counting procedures
- Operate automated sorting systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes
- Conduct pre-shift equipment safety inspections
- Maintain detailed digital inventory records via WMS systems
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
