Responsibilities
- Oversee 40+ person night shift team, optimizing workflows and productivity metrics
- Implement lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems and ensure 100% audit compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift and transportation teams
- Develop staff through targeted training programs and performance coaching
- Execute safety protocols achieving zero-incident record
- Utilize WMS/TMS systems for real-time operational adjustments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and Hazmat handling expertise
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (Manhattan, BlueYonder preferred)
- Proven experience with OSHA compliance and safety program development
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and navigate warehouse environment
