Responsibilities
- Oversee 10+ team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize inventory workflows using WMS systems for 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift supervisors
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with real-time decision-making
- Maintain OSHA compliance and warehouse safety standards
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Night shift or overnight operation background required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
