Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-7 night shift associates in daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory flow through WMS system with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Resolve operational bottlenecks during peak processing hours
- Train new associates on SOPs and OSHA compliance
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with day shift management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain experience with leadership role
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong written communication skills for shift reports
