Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Process shipments and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Comply with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
- Document all warehouse activities in digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems)
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
