Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and securing loads properly.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
