Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory efficiently during the night shift.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label products to meet strict shipping deadlines and quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, check shipments for damage, and maintain accurate stock records using our WMS software.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations, wear required PPE, and identify potential hazards immediately.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring cargo security and proper organization.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift transition team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (or rotating shifts) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for working in a team environment.
- Focus: High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
