Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for delivery using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment on the warehouse floor.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and orders.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
