Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through daily stock counts.
- Unload incoming delivery trucks and verify shipment contents.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to facilitate a seamless handover process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center.
- Valid forklift license (Class 3) is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift up to 25kg regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
