Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy for major retail partners
- Maintain organized staging areas and perform cycle counts
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance needs promptly
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in low-light environments with night vision adaptability
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island area
