Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products for shipping and distribution efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating Night Shift schedules (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
