Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping documentation
- Maintain strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Support cross-functional teams as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license (for facility equipment operation)
