Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Perform quality control checks and documentation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems a plus)
- Flexible availability for night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
