Responsibilities
- Manage inventory systems using RF scanners and digital platforms
- Coordinate warehouse operations during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and quality control standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote teams via digital communication tools
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
