Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload shipments following quality control standards
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Preferred: Experience with WMS systems
