Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory counts and stock management procedures during night operations.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies, reporting issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding heavy lifting and machinery operation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
