Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort freight using forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed during night operations.
- Package and label products securely for domestic and international shipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
