Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently during night shift hours
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document shipping/receiving data accurately in digital tracking systems
- Participate in monthly safety drills and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train on new equipment and processes as the facility expands operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability to work Sunday-Thursday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
