Responsibilities
- Execute precise order fulfillment and inventory management during night shift hours
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of freight
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records via WMS systems
- Conduct quality control checks to guarantee product integrity
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Train and mentor new associates on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification for powered industrial equipment
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Forklift certification required
