Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly inventory management and order fulfillment operations
- Lead and motivate 10-15 person night shift team
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless handovers
- Optimize warehouse efficiency using WMS systems
- Resolve operational escalations and process bottlenecks
- Conduct quality control audits and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Previous night shift leadership required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Forklift certification mandatory
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
