Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping during night shift hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Uphold strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational continuity
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory systems
