Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment during night shifts
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanning technology
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors
- Train on new equipment and warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
