Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed digital records
- Inspect and package goods according to quality standards and shipping requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures during overnight shifts
- Support loading/unloading of trucks with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
