Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Manage inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Inspect and package products for shipment with quality control standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (training available for qualified candidates)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation to Phoenix event venue
