Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product integrity
- Utilize warehouse management software for real-time tracking
- Adhere to 5S principles for optimal workspace organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
