Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform quality control inspections and inventory management tasks
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly operational targets
- Document inventory discrepancies and resolve shipping exceptions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
