Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of critical tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Support special projects during low-peak operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM) including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
