Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS platforms
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with precision and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Communicate operational issues to shift supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Baseline Rd facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
