Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to accurately pick, pack, and ship orders.
- Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure all products are labeled, packaged, and prepared for outbound shipping according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve any issues and ensure smooth workflow during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
