Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanning technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in real-time warehouse management system
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of critical processes
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Complete quality control checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
