Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with meticulous attention to detail and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to achieve nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and operational issues promptly
- Assist in loading/unloading vehicles during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Physical ability to lift up to 30kg repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to shift location
