Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse machinery (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory records using WMS software
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with WMS/RMS systems
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
