Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation using advanced WMS systems
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct quality checks and document discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse space
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' warehouse or logistics experience
- Certified forklift operator license (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work in GB
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software preferred
