Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure smooth transition of operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work independently in low-supervision settings
