Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring strict safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
