Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on products and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
