Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through strategic pallet stacking and zone management
- Conduct quality checks on products to meet safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Generate daily performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in inventory tracking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
